Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support our global biometrics solutions for federal partners to enhance national security.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Along with the program manager, lead a global team of network and biometrics engineers and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of programmatic and technical documentation and deliverables.
  • Support staffing for the program.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and deliverables, as required by customer, including invoicing.
  • Ensure all work performed is high quality, meeting the customer's needs regarding funding and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain project plans with milestones for operations and technical planning.
  • Work closely with contracting officers to accomplish critical objectives.
  • Provide cost tracking and reporting of staffing and all contract expenditures.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related technical field) and 10 years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Certification in program management by a professional organization (e.g. PMP).
  • Experience leading highly complex technical projects.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Willingness to travel 20%.
